St. Louis Prosecutor Still Pursuing Couple Who Brandished Guns On Their Own Property

They have confiscated his rifle. The "protesters" broke into a gated community (damaged the gate doing so) . They were breaking trespass law. Meanwhile, the police have requested approximately 12 warrants for those who are accused of firing guns, setting fires, destroying property, looting and assaulting police officers and not ONE DAMNED ONE has been signed off on by this "prosecutor". But the DA will focus all their time on THESE PEOPLE?

There needs to be a federal investigation and 1983 suit against the prosecutor in charge of this.

Missour is a castle doctrine state, so there is no justification for taking their guns.

The victim here is a lawyer, right? Surely he's on it

They broke no laws having those guns on their own property. This is a MASSIVE lawsuit waiting to happen.

It really has become if you have certain views laws don’t apply to you but if you have conflicting views laws can be made up on the spot and your rights infringed upon based on how others feel.

    Yep.

Here's the update. Victim speaks on Fox saying that the rumors he's hearing is that an indictment may be on the horizon. Same justice system that released 35 rioters who were arrested. Says the cops that came by to take their guns were ashamed of what they were having to do.

Looks like the governor and president may be coming to their defense. Tucker Carlson called out the governor the other night. Hopefully some republicans are getting a backbone.
